FROM ALICANTE AIRPORT

 

• On leaving Alicante Airport, follow the blue and white motorway signs for Valencia and Murcia. Take the motorway in the direction of Murcia. Continue on this road until you come to the blue and white motorway signs for Torrevieja/Cartagena (AP7) and follow the AP7 in the direction of Torrevieja/Cartagena. This is not to Murcia.
   

• You will pass through 2 tolls. (you can use a credit card at the tolls). After passing the second toll continue straight until you pass the exit slip for Murcia Airport (San Javier) Pick up the instruction below.

FROM MURCIA AIRPORT (Region de Murcia International Airport, Corvera)

 

• On leaving the public car park area, follow directions for MURCIA/CARTAGENA to A30 at the first and second roundabouts. 

• Shortly after take Junction 2 to CARTAGENA / MAR MENOR to A30.

• Go straight over the next two roundabouts following CARTAGENA and take junction 180 to ALMERIA/ALICANTE/LA MANGA AP-7 where you are on a parallel dual carriageway which you will need to exit after 500m (signed LA MANGA/ALICANTE/VERA/ALMERIA)

• Immediately the road splits but stay to the left following LA MANGA/ALICANTE AP-7

• Continue until you see the signs EL ALGAR/CABO DE PALOS.LA MANGA MU-312 which takes you to the right.

• Stay on the MU-312 (RM12) towards LA MANGA until you see the two Red Cepsa filling stations and after these take junction 8 LOS BELONES/LA MANGA CLUB RESORT/LOS NIETOS/ISLA MENORES/PORTMAN - and then take the first exit to the right PORTMAN/LA MANGA CLUB RESORT

Tip: La Manga Club is not at La Manga which is a small town 5km further down the motorway – often referred to as La Manga strip.

• Continue on this road, passing between the La Manga Club fountains, and past the golf courses on either side and turn left just after the hedge at the crossroad junction into the resort.
   

• After 300 metres turn left into the security gates.

​

• Once on site just follow this road passing the Grand Hyatt Hotel on your left. After passing the hotel take the first proper road turning left into Calle del Estrella and continue down this road passing a cross roads.

​

• Villa 137 is on the left (about 6 villas after the cross roads) and has a low white brick wall with hedge above. The gates should be open on arrival.

RETURNING TO THE AIRPORT

• From the roundabout under the main road just before Los Belones follow signs initially for Cartagena and then follow Alicante sign initially before picking up the yellow airport sign.

​

• Continue to follow signs to Alicante and airport for both airports taking the Corvera airport exit or continue to Alicante as appropriate. Alicante airport is on the south side of Alicante so you reach it before the town itself.
